      Thank you, Jen, for the wonderful “afformation” recording. It felt so good to listen to the questions and take them in. I went back and listened to it all again. Love this technique, and I’ll work on creating some of my own.

        That’s so exciting to hear that you felt so good listening. When your body says “yes” that’s such a total win. Plus, it’s such a fun and EASY technique!

          I loved the recording too very much. My body felt like an opening flower! This is especially good today, as I am very worried today (I am anxiously awaiting 1000 USD overdue :-/) The recording helps me a lot to relax.
          I still have no need to spend money but would like to save my 3000 Dollar. Thank you Jen for your wonderful work
