That’s so awesome to hear Monika. I hope you were able to carry that opening feeling into this week. (And I hope you got your payment!)

Georgia, you are a rock star! I tip my hat to you for choosing to get under the conditional self-respect aspect. And how beautiful that presence was there to bring everything else in. Beautiful sharing. Thank you!

That’s so exciting to hear that you felt so good listening. When your body says “yes” that’s such a total win. Plus, it’s such a fun and EASY technique!

Yay Leena!
Clearly I’m not the ONLY one to deeply relax doing this work.
I hope the positive possibilities keep spilling into your mind over the coming weeks.

Yay Susan!!!
It always surprises me when I do this that there’s at least one value that’s very important I would never have guessed going in. Now freedom can be part of your conscious considerations moving forward!

Monika, that’s huge. Wow. I applaud you for digging into this one.
That’s the thing about really stressful occurrences, especially those that happen when we’re young. They end up being that black dot or distortion on everything we perceive after that. But you’re doing the work to change that pattern. Well. Done.

It’s no small task to really have a look at where these smudges and cracks and bits of dirt are affecting our perception of the world. However, the payoff and the relief of being able to say ‘that’s not me, that’s the distortion’ is huge because then it’s conscious and you can make a choice now. It might require lots of regulating with tapping and breathing and gardening, but that’s the great thing about oscillation, you dip your toe in and then dry off, dip one or 2 toes in, dry off. Over time the your window of tolerance will let you immerse more and more until it’s just a lake that you swim in easily whenever you want.
This was very amazing, Jen. I had a lot of aha-Moments. I did not know how important “connection” is for me. Neither “safety.” Even though I did not want to sacrifice my old top values “Self-expression” and “freedom”, I dedicate my 1000 dollar to safety. As I have lost my savings in the last 2 years, I would like to build new reserves for emergencies. I noticedced that in some way, this also applies to some kind of freedom …
Monika, I have the SAME tie in with safety and freedom. I like to think of it as a healthy attachment pattern. Just like children feel safer to explore when they know then have a dependable relationship that will be there when they need it, when we know we have a safe attachment to money (and that may mean savings) we feel the freedom to be able to explore.

What a meaningful breakthrough!
Being seen is such a big block that is quite sneaky in my experience, in that it shows up in places you thought were “just fine”.
You must feel amazing.
Thanks for sharing.

Don’t you love it when there’s a connection between core parts of you? I take that as a clear sign pointing to alignment.
And safety is such a central piece!
